Always take ages for pescriptions

The staff deserve 5 stars plus, they are excellent. Unfortunately Lloyd's management come across as callous, deeply incompetent idiots. The branch often closes due to there not being a a sheduled pharmacist for the day. This means on a given day you won't be able to get into the shop, never mind get your prescribed medication. Again, the staff are great but they are constantly let down by whoever is managing remotely, shameful.

Had our fit to fly test at Lloyds pharmacy Abergele on may 8th the whole process was so easy. Aneta did our tests was so professional and really put our minds at ease. Aneta explained everything and was chatting about the holiday keeping us all calm. Twenty minutes later we were walking out with our certificates. Very clean, very professional would highly recommend thank you

went to the pharmacy yesterday for advice as my toddler has a croaky voice but isn't sore and to see if there was something i could give him the answer was just NO no other advice or help not helpful at all
