        Eye health checks were very uncomfortable. Limited glasses selection. Got my gender wrong on prescription. Did have an appointment when others were booked up.

        As a family, we have used Edwards for many years. Personal and friendly service here. They are aways accommodating, especially in an emergency when glasses got broken!! Wouldn't go anywhere else!! Lovely staff team.

        I have used a number of opticians over the years but this is, by far, the best that I have tried and the only one to which I have returned. The eye examination is not rushed - appropriate time and care is taken, unlike the chains - and the advice for frames, etc, is generous and considered. This is a quality opticians. I travel some distance to get there but it is worth it.
