Ty Cariad Dementia Care Centre

Ty Cariad a lovely clean nursing home is a lovely building Spotlessly clean lovely grounds. The receptionist needs to learn how to deal with family members and have some empathy we found her to be rude and uncaring, to be quite honest there really wasnt much empathy from some of the staff (only really a couple of girls who showed any empathy) Myself and my sister asked on many occasions please could we be informed if they thought at any time my sister was near to her life coming to an end no matter what time day or night so we could be with her when she passes away, Did They NO Never They Never Bother letting us know, our sister would have wanted us to be with her at the end I Would Never Recommend Ty Cariad.

Very poor place to work. Staff treated unfairly. There is a reason you cant leave a review on indeed. Min wage. No training and an awfull manager and lazy nurses
