i was employed for the company for 3 months and would suggest anyone that is going to be employed there to stay well clear from him, the company is a waste recycling center and Steven Jones the director does not supply any ppe equipment to his employees where he is by law supposed to do this. the wagons are not serviced regularly and he asks you to overload them which is bad driving practice and does not like this when you tell him no, the wagons are constantly breaking down due to poor maintenance and Steven Jones is a person that is clearly looking out for him self and not his employees , he wets the bailed cardboard that he gets from wait-rose and the various nhs sites and makes them as heavy as possible then bills these company's i have seen him do this myself and if the nhs isn't under enough strain as it is you don't need people ripping the nhs off. my dismissal from there was because i raised the many breaches of employment rights and health and safety and Steven Jones did not like this and in my eyes the guy is spineless, stay well clear guys:) (also forgot to mention no toilets on site) another health and safety issue there and staff that work for him are scared to challenge him!!!
