Horrendous experience with Debbie. Travelled 450 miles to buy a mobile from Debbie which she told us was had no damp and was in good condition. On arrival to view the mobile knowing we had traveled so far Debbie was not very welcoming. She handed us the keys, told us where the mobile was and left us. On first impression the photos we had been shown of the mobile where not recent photographs. It was obvious the mobile had been sitting in the yard a long time. On the side of the mobile there were cracks in the exterior you could put your hand right into, that where not shown in the photographs. When initially enquiring Debbie told us that one small crack that was just about visible in the photos was not a crack and was a join in the rough cast exterior. Debbie also told us that the rough cast exterior had been added onto of the original tin. This was not the case as when you put your hand inside the cracks there was no tin. Only damp timber. Debbie continued to insist there was tin under the rough cast even when standing in her yard. On further inspection there was damp inside the mobile walls and floors which we later found out was not only due to the cracks in the exterior sides but due to the back wall of the caravan that was about to fall apart. It had clearly cracked a long time ago and there was now a massive hole from the roof 3/4 of the way down the back of the mobile. When we explained and showed all of this to Debbie she didn't seem to care, made no comment that the mobile wasn't as she had advertised and told us over the phone, knowing how far we were travelling and said she didn't have anything else to offer us. No apology or acknowledgement of wasting our time and money traveling. All in all a horrendous experience, would not recommend Debbie at Premier Caravans to anyone! If your looking for a caravan in this area I would recommend Lloyds down the road, within an hour they had us sorted out with a mobile and transport for a reasonable price.

Debbie has the most fantastic lodges, second one we've bought off her. look forward to rehoming it in herefordshire at small feet farming holiday lodges
