Ex Military, servear PTSD from Afghanistan, also went there for marriage counseling. Marriage going well, and can speak about military problems with confidence. Could not recommend enough to anyone looking for counseling. I still go to this day, has changed my life literally for the better. Thank you Sarah so much for making me happy again x

When I felt at my lowest, Sarah helped me understand my own brain; how it works and how to rewire it. Sarah is polite, welcoming and friendly, not to mention highly professional and well established in her field. I have every faith in her ability to listen, deconstruct and reconstruct your problems and help you see the positives in life rather than the negatives. Sarah helped me become a glass half full person, and I am forever grateful. Would highly recommend to anyone with any mental health struggles; regardless of the situation. Be open minded and do the homework and youll come out on top!
