        I have recently had a full house of windows and doors fitted by The Upvc Outlet and couldnt be more happier with the quality and workmanship. I would highly recommend and will be using them again in the future.

        I had a new door fitted, however it was far from straight, the lock needed lubricating and the glass needed sealing. I was told that the door was a square cut and needed a firm push to get it in the frame and it would settle ! I was ill at the time so it wasnt a high priority to enter into a dispute. The glass was sealed and the door was rehung. It was an improvement but only just. I was given advice on closing the door before engaging the lock, as if i were contributing to the situation. The door still does not glide into the frame and is far from straight, it is reminscent of a swolen wooden door that need a firm shove. The little guide grooves on the hinges are not lined up. Its only now that I feel better that this task has become prioritised to contact the firm again. However, there has been no response from their website contact form. The photos show the 4 corners of the door
