Normally I would look to obtain 3 quotes for any work to be undertaken however, Ben came one late afternoon, assessed the job (painting the hall, stairs and landing) and projected a high level of professionalism, knowledge and offering his solutions. I received the quotation and an estimate of when he could start and based on my first impressions, I agreed to go ahead without obtaining further quotes. Ben is conscientious, has an eye for detail and respectful of the property. Given that an end result is governed by the amount of preparation, Ben spent a considerable amount of time prepping to his satisfaction. For the following day he said he would arrive at 08:00 and you can set your watch by him, arriving exactly on time. The work was completed in the expected time scale with Ben working until he was completely satisfied with the finish and of course ensuring I too was happy with the result. I cannot praise him highly enough. He is a true professional and a really nice guy who will be my automatic go to for future decorating. Services: Interior painting, Drywall painting

Ben came round to quote for my hall, stairs & landing. He talked me through the best options, both in quality of paint and price. Refreshing to have someone who is trying to give you a cheaper option and I am extremely happy with the outcome. I was kept in contact via text on arrival times, time scale etc. Ben and Nick arrived 8am prompt both mornings. I liked the fact pictures were taken, not of the walls, but my furniture for them to make sure everything was put back in place. My ornaments were handled with respect which made me very confident with my choice of decorator. The standard of work and finish is excellent, a very high standard, it makes me smile when I open the front door. Little tip for future customers, buy them a packet of jaffa cakes, they went down very well Thank you Ben & Nick. Look forward to seeing you both again soon. I can highly recommend Voss Decorators. The standard of the work is excellent and the finish is very high quality. I'm extremely happy with the standard of both the interior and exterior paintwork, especially on my external doors. I was impressed with the quality of the paint as it was exactly what I wanted and was proving difficult to find myself online without purchasing huge amounts - very grateful for this. The standard of the wallpaper hanging was again excellent. It looks just as I had hoped and not a bit of mess was left behind. You couldnt tell theyd been apart from the beautiful decorating! The boys were polite, professional & very tidy on every level. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone - its like we have moved house! Thank you so much Ben & Nick.
