HABIT is great! And then some! It's the best thing I've done. Jack and Sasha are the best trainers, encouraging and supportive. Everyone who comes are a friendly bunch. We use a variety of equipment which is always clean and in good condition. Classes are well organised and fun. Fab music! Good parking facility. Highly recommend anyone of any ability to join HABIT!

My son joined PMA Abergele in January this year. His concentration, listening, self control and confidence has improved massively! Receiving nothing but a warm and friendly welcome since day one, I wish Id signed him up sooner. I cant thank Sacha & Jack enough for all they do for the children, making learning an important skill fun but in a disciplined and safe environment. Your both hugely appreciated, keep doing what your doing

What an amazing team, Jack and the team at pma have literally changed my life, I came into the gym very nervous and unsure but as soon as I met everyone that faded straight away. All of the team are incredible humans and so welcoming. Not like a lot of mma gyms where people are looking to test how hard you actually are, here they welcome with open arms (no pun intended) and push your personal growth in the techniques and professional development which Jack is a master at. Highly recommended for all levels. Thankyou for the fantastic training which is second to none, I now have my confidence back and can't wait to see what the future brings at pma. JP
