DISGUSTED The most disgusting customer service; I was shocked at some of the emails I received. When the personalised item I ordered wasn't delivered the company claimed to have sent me an email to inform me, this was never received (neither was an order confirmation email and I see others had a similar experience). When asked for the email to be forwarded, the reply I received was 'unsure why you need to see it again'. When I expressed my disappointment in the service I had received, the reply I got was 'Our service has not been disappointing'. I've never known a company to be so argumentative! The engraving is squint and messy, a very poor quality product.

I wished I had read these reviews before placing an order from this company. A company of any standing does not have this many bad reviews. I ordered a personalised bookmark from here, it is so small its not fit for purpose and cannot be used as such. It's also poor quality. When I complained James was extremely rude and not interested. He actually left me a voicemail threatening me with legal action if I posted a poor review. He also accused me of hiding behind emails???? No actually it's because I want a paper trail from you. As I've no intention of just walking away. Especially after your attempt to intimidate me into silence and not posting a negative review. Customer service appalling. In fact I can't really call it customer service. I do not recommend this company. I have written to trading standards and have also saved my two voicemails I received from James. As i can use them. I wonder though how many customers that complained were threatened with legal action if they posted a review of this company????
