        Was in touring . Said was dog friendly wasn't even aloud inside . We had to sit outside so didn't get to go in for any entertainment not even the amusements . Totally disappointed won't be going again . What's the point in having passes when you can't use them . Please be aware of this being dog friendly. Not good when you have to sit outside when it's cold shocking

        We was meant to come here on a family hoilday, unfortunately we had an family emergency, we contacted parkdean themselves and explain, told them we can get letter ect to prove what has happened. We asked if we could move our hoilday or get a refund. But they wouldnt help us in the slightest. Very disappointed with the service we had! Wont be book again! I just think park dean should be ashamed with themselves! We have had a very traumatic fews day and they didnt even want to help! Absolutely outrageous!!
