        Sat lunchtime 11June 22 Web page states offices are open to 4-30pm. Rang the number went through a number of selections to the final one where I choose to speak to an operator to place an order. Wanted a quote and to place an order. At this point I was advised that the office is now closed!! And directed me to the web site. What a waste of time. Why would I want to place an order for over 500 !!! if they cant be bothered to discuss it.

        new customer ,didnt turn up and didnt tell me they werent coming even though I told them to call with any problems . Seems this company is run for the convenience of the staff and the custoner is not important. YOU only had once chance to make a good impression and you failed. Wont be buying from you again
