I called in to this shop a few years ago when it became Ivys florist. The lady was so helpful and friendly. I needed some pink ribbon/bows for my grandaughters birthday present and not only did she make a lovely bow with ribbons, she wouldnt accept any money! Recently I called in wanting a plant to put on a grave. Again, same helpful friendly lady. She had a little geranium which she pruned and revived, put in pretty gift wrap with a card and again wouldnt accept any money! She said because plant had wilted because of heat. This week I ordered flowers for a friend and they were delivered within a couple of hours. I have also received flowers and they have been beautiful and long lasting. Highly recommend this friendly helpful lady. Its good to shop local. We have some lovely little shops in the town and Ivy's Florist is certainly one of them.
