Sky Blue

I have known Russell at Sky Blue for years now. I had awful experiences with Sky engineers themselves, because they won't get involved with sky dishes on chimney breasts. I think this is my far the best place to put them, out of sight and out of the way, but of course it does involve going on the roof, which they are not happy to do - even the "special heights team" once came, and drilled a hole in my wall to fix their ladder to, but then still decided they couldn't do it. Russell on the other hand, has no problems at all, and has quickly and efficiently installed at least 2 sky dishes for me, and for my parents in law. He has also responded quickly and efficiently to call-outs to fix aerial and reception problems, always successfully. He's reliable, and I always know where to turn for any sky dish problems.

Bloody conman and cowboy ripped me off for at least 500 the box never worked from day 2 put me new aerials in being redone now more money shelled out at least my telly work now by a proper aerial man now just found out you can take your box to police station and get him done for selling it see you in court.

Had to give him a star rating to write something about this cowboy. DON'T get a system of him ,they don't work.wasted 550 on one. wast of time and money taking him to court, he will get his asse kicked one day.

Very reliable! The boy who came too fit my sky dish, he was very polite had excellent customer service, his finished work was outstanding, neat and tidy, no cables dangling or showing , just what I wanted. Recommend highly
