This company has rekindled my faith in tradespeople! It seems more and more common these days for trades to do a standard job for as much as they can make in my experience. This rule definitely does not apply to D J Contracts. We recently needed a new kitchen along with some structural work, to make the best use of our space. Dylan came out to survey the job and was thorough in finding exactly what we required. We received 3 quoted from different companies, but decided to go with D J Contracts solely based on the detailed structure and information provided on their quotation. Everything was itemised so we knew exactly what we were going to get for our hard earned money. They were very competitively priced too. We received plenty of communication and updates ready for the job to begin. Then came the big day and work started, it was on time and to plan. It's the planning that made this whole experience great. All of the different trades arrived on site each and every morning bright and early, and they didn't leave again until they knew that their job was complete. More importantly, they left the house and work area clean and tidy every day. So we could still use that space in the evening. The whole team were very friendly and couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy with the work. My partner and I work full time so it was nice to know that we could trust all of them with our house while we were away. Through all aspects of the job, the workmanship was excellent. We were more than happy with every part of the process. They are a very talented team that really care about what they do. At the end of the job we had a beautiful new kitchen with so much more extra room. We have received so many amazing comments from friends and family about our new space. Everyone wants to know who did the work and we will always be happy to recommend D J Contracts. Many thanks to the team for all their hard work.
