This company has zero customer service. We have lost the Internet approx 10 times over the past week. You can NEVER contact anyone by phone and when you leave a message no-one returns your call. When you eventually get to speak to a person (because I left negative feedback on Facebook that they've now blocked me from) they suggest that they haven't had any messages. My husband is very ill in bed so the only thing to occupy him is on the Internet that we again cannot access!!! And we pay way over the odds for this non aftercare service.
