Very poor, auction service OK, however, delivery shambolic. When goods bought in good faith haven't arrived, and a complaint made, they offer no meaningful response other then registering on line and then silence, ie they dont want to know

Would not recommend buying any electricals from here. Its their policy to not offer warranty on many items which is known. Yes, of course you know what you are buying, can see things in person etc. However, most of the items we have purchased from here will not show faults even if seen in person prior to purchase. For example, we purchased a microwave that worked for a few days just fine and then suddenly broke. Their customer service is useless - the live chat is awful and if you call they will likely just tell you to write an email. Their advice is not very helpful either - they often explain that items should be viewed in person, but this really doesn't matter in the case of items that won't show the fault unless actually used in practise. Basically, avoid unless you have a real bargain and are happy to lose money. Its a shame you have to give 1 star, because even that is a big push for our experience.
