Running costs: LG heat pump air to air 2.6KWh. In recent cold spell over 22 days- Running 16hrs. per day at about 21C it used 123 Kw. Fitted in small bungalow-minimal extra space heating added. My meter rate is 22p. per Kwh. hr. Running Cost per day 1.20p!! Subsequent 8 much warmer days Running cost per day down to 88pence. Obviously the way to go - Brent Berry Hampshire

Expert and professional air con installation done today by Liam. Nice to see such care and dedication go into his work. This has transformed our garden room into an all year round useable space, in the summer it was unbearable during the day as it sat in full sun making it impossible to use. Thanks Liam and Cooleasy! I would highly recommend these guys.

Great service and a brilliant aircon unit. Communication was excellent and all parts arrived when promised. Easy to install and company checked FGAS engineer to ensure safe install. Would highly recommend both company and product - I am very pleased and considering purchasing another unit - thanks Cooleasy.

Purchased 2 units for Cooleasy a few years ago, 1 unit perfect and still running faultless, the other has been nothing but constant problems. We have spent a fortune I'm Engineer call outs and repairs and now cooleasy are putting as many obstacles in the way to avoid honouring the warranty they advertise. They want us to expend out even more money for Engineer reports and certifications etc.... the Engineer cleary won't do this for free....and then they expect us to pay for Engineer labour to replace their faulty u it (again!!! Already had to pay for re-gas and fit because of cracked fitment on original hoses). 450 unit....600 in Engineer visits and an further 200+ to actually be able to claim on the fake warranty they advertise. Avoid these at all cost, just shifting product and no customer service

Not good. I ordered a system expected for next-day delivery, but the status was pending all day. I called them next day to find out what happening then they asked to provide an installer Gas certificate before the item can be dispatched! Not received any email or phone call after purchase about the F-gas sertificate request! I asked to cancel an order, status was still pending for all day and my refund not processed. What a waste of time ?!!! Bought from Aircon direct without any issues !!! Filled form before paiment !
