        What a nice guy John is. My gear cable snapped and jammed in the shifter. Managed to limp to Essential Cycles and John got me back on the road and fixed several things I hadn't spotted myself. Had a nice coffee and cake while I waited and some nice banter with John. All round a great experience out of what could have been a disaster. Highly recommended.

        After a particularly shoddy repair to my hydraulic brakes by a bike shop in Swansea, Jon was a breath of fresh air Brakes were fixed and work perfectly. He also identified 2 other issues, gave clear prices and fixed them when he said he would Ive since returned and 2 had new tyres fitted
