        Shocking.i purchased a lottery ticket for wed/ sat draw. 2 draws at 2 per draw is 4.tried to charge me8! Begrudgingly had to redo and I was told to calm down! I said don't tell me to calm down. " val" spoke to me like this and the manager" ali" just let this happen! I have contacted complaints department. Staff are supposed to be trained in how to spk to people properly.there are people out there with mental health conditions. How dare you spk to me like this and let this happen.
