Fantastic service from start to finish Samantha and Mary do go out of they're way to help you we have bought carpets and furniture from them over the last 3 years all have been fitted with in days I would recommend them and do .Luke did a fantastic job on our stairs. Thankyou archers.

Highly recommend using John Archer Carpets. Incredibly efficient and friendly. I called them 2 weeks before Christmas and they delivered and installed the carpet within a week! I received constant feedback from Mary with photos throughout the installation. They even sent a fitter back the next day to alter the doors to fit. Very impressed from start to finish and will definitely be using again. Outstanding service.

Great service had to postpone fitting a few times as waiting builders to finish they were very helpful fitters were efficient and tidy also purchased new bed which was a good competitive price and very comfy fully recommend for quality and service
