Great organisation! Found myself unemployed at the beginning of 2023 and got intouch with Mon CF for support with getting back into work...it was like being welcomed into a supportive family. Sam was assigned to me as a mentor and she was brilliant, checking in regularly even when you don't have a meeting planned for 2 weeks, always at the end of the phone or email for questions. She arranged beneficial training for me including Mental Health First Aid, Emergency First Aid and I completed an SIA course to gain my Door Supervisor Licence all fully funded. I would highly recommend Mon CF even if you aren't actively looking for work they can support in so many ways!

Completed an equality & diversity training with Mon CF. Great training, really illuminates the issues associated with discrimination and very practical ways to combat it

I stumbled across Mon CF by accident on a dog walk and am so delighted that I did!! I was lucky enough to speak to Hannah and 6 weeks later I have accepted a job as a Learning Support Assistant, a job I feared I would not be able to do as a non Welsh speaker on Anglesey and it is all thanks to Hannah!! Mon CF also paid for 2 courses for me-a mental health First Aid course and a Paediatric First Aid course. I really cant rate this organisation highly enough
