        Got charged too much, spoke to manager who said it was the vat when it clearly wasn't. The price of a 14 piece sharing bucket was less on the app than in store. Manager wasn't helpful and extremely rude to my friend.

        Poor service , told I had to pay for dips when I said ok they then said they did not have any , staff not helpful and come across as not trained, place needs a uplift and some staff need changing.
