The doctors are all right if you can manage to get an appointment - but the system for that is absolutely ridiculous. The receptionists tell you to call at 8am in order to (maybe) get an appointment for the same day, even if it's a repeat appointment for the same doctor and the doctor himself has told you to make another appointment! Then, at some time, the doctor himself calls back and usually gives you an appointment for the next week because they're not even at the surgery every day. What a waste of time for both the doctors and the patients!!

Partner was really really ill, bedridden and told for me to bring her down there ha absolutely the biggest joke of a surgery I have ever known, they just want to go through there days work with as less stress as possible, no passion for there jobs, really sad news, go elsewhere,

Can never get an appointment always 2 or three weeks in advance. If you're a shift worker it's practically impossible. Called up to ask about my cervical smear and impatiently got told i couldnt have received a later about it (even though I've had 3) and I'd need to call back in June. I understand a doctor's surgery is a very busy place and it can be stressful, but sometimes the people who are calling are more stressed than you. It would be nice to feel that the reception team has just a small amount of time for your call. However the staff are much better than the sister surgery at bodedern. Called up there for an emergency appointment to get my medication as we had been in the process of moving and hadn't gotten around to sorting everything. Had a nurse who was very dismissive about my situation and made me feel very belittled.
