Cambria Surgery

100% totally broken!!! Not sure there's anybody who has anything good to say about this surgery anymore! Its so sad for the elderly, they don't stand a chance. 4 times I have phoned today, each time 9th in the queue. That would take at least an hr and a half to get to the front, if not more!! I think they do this deliberately!! I have phoned the surgery in the past, driven to Bangor before anybody answered and was 4th in the queue!!!

Even though it's a very busy surgery still managed to get same day appt for my granddaughter. Thank you to the Staff

Absolutely disgusting service, they don't even deserve one star.went there tues morning was told I had to phone. The receptionist are so rude they haven't got any patient care what so ever. Someone will die through there neglect I work for the NHS and I would never treat my patients like they do .

The doctors are fine, it's the receptionists that I have the problem with. I tried to phone all day one day and just couldn't get through. After a couple of hours the day after I managed to get through but was told it was too late and to try ahain in the morning. It was impossible to get through again the following morning. When they answer one in particular is so rude and you can't get past them. The only way to make an appointment is to actually go down to the surgery and speak face to face and not leave until you are heard!!! Terrible reception!!! Very uncaring!

Been in a Queue since 07.59 (3rd in Queue) was on the Line for almost 27 minutes then the phone picked up &put right down.Thank you for that,one Hell of a Service you offer.This Service has gone lower than a Snakes belly over the past few years.Who's at Fault,can't blame the Staff who are there doing their bit,However the System is throughly broken &needs Broken
