After watching this lady on an old episode of "FOUR IN A BED " I'd rather book somewhere that at the very least offers clean rooms. Dirty (and they absolutely were 100% dirty) drinking glasses are not acceptable and to suggest that a guest staying here is being "Petty " pointing this cleanliness issue out to you is rather worrying because if offering dirty glasses to guests isn't a big deal one wonders how clean everything else in your establishment is including your kitchen! Would you also consider serving breakfast on dirty plates acceptable along with dirty cutlery? And the fact you appeared to be in complete denial about all the issues highlighted by guests shows how unbelievably blinkered you have become in relation to offering guests a pleasant experience in your establishment. One can only assume the guests your attract are equally as blinkered to what's acceptable and what isn't.
