Rock the Park Wrexham

Would leave 0 stars if possible. Havent issued my refund they ignore me any time I try to ask for it. Unreliable & untrustworthy if you have any sense never book anything with them as they will just scam and ignore you. Shocking company if thats what you can call them. They should be ashamed of themselves!!!!!

I have been promised a refund for the rock the park event in August 2023 as they have changed the date on 2 occasions I have send everything they have asked and more, they have not responded to me since October 2022 and have my money. Shocking customer service, I am not alone in trying to receive money that they have affectively stolen, people want their money rather than rock the park profiting from their money and the interest for 2 years

Con artists. Those of you wanting refunds, take them to Small Claims Court. Their company is called Rock The Park (Wrexham) LTD and all relevant information can be found on Companies House. I submitted my claim and they didn't respond so it got resolved in my favour, as bailiffs were then threatened which prompted them to get off their backsides.

5/11/22 I know they had problems getting the fair onto the grounds etc. I did think there was going to be more stalls etc cause it was an all day event (but nothing to moan about) 5 stars is for the AMAZING fireworks/lights/sound display the best fireworks display we've ever been too! The live music such a good evening. We ended up going there from 5:30 - 9:30 (wanted to stay till the end but had a taxi booked ) to the guys on the food vans, they were non stop
