Thank you to all the team at BOSS, our new showroom and client areas all look fantastic. I don't think the refurb could have gone any better and 5000 under budget.

Mrs Anna Emmanuel is one of the Company Directors of Boss Business Interiors Limited. She placed 3 of her workers to stay in our Serviced Apartments in Walsall. The guys stayed for 26 nights with a 24/7 hotline to our staff if they had any issues. None of the 3 guys that stayed in the apartments have not complained so far. In fact they loved it there. Just imagine this, they stayed for 26 nights, then booked a further 4 or 7 nights. They stayed Monday to Thursday and every week came home to thoroughly cleaned apartments with fresh bed linen and towels. According to the review she has put online is that our mattresses are on the floor and there a bugs in our beds. How low can a person go. We will only accept reviews from those who stayed in apartment, Not some disgruntled woman who obviously has nothing better to do with her time than to look for every opportunity online to slate our business. She knows she is acting unreasonably because she does not think it should cost her to return keys her colleagues left in the apartment. She is not a professional. She shouts and screams at you on the phone. I am sure the other bosses of Boss Business Interiors Limited would not be very pleased with her actions. Approach this Business with caution. This Anna Emmanuel of Boss Business Interiors Limited is not a very nice person. A complete nightmare. Try her for yourself and see. She is simply unbelievable!!
