        How they have 5 stars I'll never know! I have waited home over 2 days now for their electrician to come out to quote a job, they are clearly in over their head. First I was told 9am in the morning, then it was midday, then it was 5pm, then it was "really sorry but it will have to be tomorrow"... the morning after, still waiting...then it was midday, then last time I phone I was told 20 mins, 6 hours later here we are! Waste of time, receptionist is rude and needs to learn some customer service skills. Shocker! Avoid and save yourself the time.
