Excellent service, zero complaints. Nightmare situation, boiler dies in the middle of a cold snap. James came out on the same day to diagnose the issue. 15 year old boiler had finally bitten the dust. James was really helpful and knowledgeable and assisted in choosing the correct boiler based on my requirements. He went through boiler multiple options including servicing contracts and was able to find the correct boiler to fit existing boiler cabinet that was built in. Throughout the whole process communication was flawless with a very professional approach.The installation was completed in one day. James was very respectful of the house, everything was kept neat and tidy (mats down to protect all the floors and carpets and everything was vacuumed/tidied before he left, not even a speck dust left behind). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Have just had my old, inefficient boiler replaced by James & Sean and I can't praise them enough for a job well done. Everything was done to a high, professional standard... punctual, polite and awesome. I had researched a few quotes for the work, but James's quote was really competitive. Would highly recommend him and I am so glad I was lucky to find Green Flame Plumbing to update my boiler in a more than satisfactory way! Totally honest and reliable, and have booked my annual service with James already! I would never go anywhere else for plumbing jobs required. I highly recommend James. My heating wouldn't come on and he was so responsive when trying to arrange a call out. He has managed my expectation every step of the way. Very friendly and didn't make me feel stupid when I asked stupid clueless female questions. Would highly recommend!
