        I have used jag saracen on numerous occasions I find the service they provide second to none from start to finish I will always recommend them there is nothing to much trouble for any of them to do. 100% professionals all of them.

        I bought two french doors from this company back in April this year and have contacted them on at least three occasions to ask for the 10 year and 5 year warranty that was promised during the sale. The gentleman at Jag Saracen each time promised that he will talk to the sales guy and arrange to send me the warranty. This has still not happened, so all that now remains is to seek legal advice. I will never buy from this company again.
