        Just came back from a polar express trip and although I wasn't overly impressed with the polar express can not fault the coach company and the driver Karl. He was so kind to all the kids and went above and beyond to make the day festive and special. Nothing was to much trouble for him and a ball of cheerful Irish energy. So thank you Karl for your kindness
