Sam is a rare personality in this day and age! He is professional to the T! His correspondence is thorough and thoughtful and ensures the customer feels valued and understood! The execution of the job agreed is complete and to the standard agreed (which is first class). However I have to comment that his correspondence and interactivity with the customer is beyond exceptional. Requesting a quote or arranging a job receives equally helpful, exceptional service! In my experience someone selling a quote is super helpful, but after that sales pitch customer service dips slightly! I can honestly say that every correspondence between myself and Sam has been delightful and I would 100% refer this company for any and all window/gutter and solar cleaning jobs! Another very much appreciated facet to this business is their referral of equally qualified and like minded colleagues /associates if their availability is limited.
