Refurbished 16th century Tafarn with local ales and lagers. The food looked very tasty too

Stopped in for dinner when visiting the region. Service from Ellie was very friendly and efficient, and we enjoyed chatting with her. The food was good without being great. Pizza wasn't the best we have eaten, and we discovered why bruschetta was 3 for 7, because they were bite size at best (and served on untoasted bread). An ok evening was then spoilt when a fight broke out upstairs. There didn't appear to be any effort by staff to remove those fighting, so it was a good excuse to pay the bill and leave. Overall experience was average, and we probably wouldn't return if in the area.
