Requested registration form and still waiting days later I spoke to you on the phone and you asked me to text my email address to you, which I did and followed up with another text message which you replied to and said you would send the form the following day, which was last Friday, 11th, you didn't mention your system was down It's ok as I have been able to get my puppy in elsewhere Thank you

My boy has been going to doggy day care here for over 6 months now. As a rescue he can be wary of some situations but loves going to play with his friends. He pulls to get to the staff with a wagging tail so I know he's happy there They treated my dog as an individual and gave me good advice. They're also flexible with our days which is important with work.

My labradoodle Ralph had a lovely time at Happy Hounds. We will definitely bring him to stay again.

Must of caught an off day, enquired about day care on the phone woman was rude with a bad attitude and straight away started shouting cant do Wednesdays fully booked I never wanted Wednesdays I explained I work shifts but Im off Wednesdays so thats fine silence then all I got was are you there cant do Wednesdays okaaay so rude such an attitude not friendly at all. #update# This business just called my phone asking if I called this morning, then proceeded to shout angrily at me because I left this review. Im shocked, I just hope this person is nicer with the dogs behind closed doors however judging by other reviews I dont think so PLEASE READ NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON HERE AND AVOID. This business could of easily turned a negative situation in to a positive one but chosen to react argumentatively and unprofessionally. I called for daycare, I did not mention Wednesdays whatsoever. If you do not want to be told to do one, do not call someone shouting accusations! Take some responsibility
