I can see why they have low scores we are tenants and land lord got them in to do damp course worse mistake ever they have no regard for people's effects. Still have cement up the front of the house plaster on the ceilings they left units outside in the rain and put them back on wall even one of the units has been put on wrong cracks are forming everywhere and plaster coming away from wall as well even after 6 months still trying to clean up after there mess that they did not want to clean any one using these guys please be careful they do not care about your house or anything inside you have been warned terrible service and work

We had this company to do a damp course on our farm house. We had to call them back and they added more holes.When the damp was still there we were told it would dry out. 5 years later and the plaster is now falling off the walls and there is damp in every downstairs room. One to avoid I think !

Booked an appointment on the Wed after a recommendation, Michael called and had to reschedule for a time and date of his choosing - and didn't turn up! No phone call, I waited around for two hours and heard nothing after leaving messages on his mobile. Very unimpressed, very unprofessional.
