        Had some issues with a different plumber who dealt with our shower so tried IRW when it came to updating our bath (not for anything to do with the shower) He came round for a quote to fit a new bath, we were 15 minutes late but called ahead and gave him permission to go straight in so we wouldn't keep him for any other jobs. All we had to do was decide between wall mounted taps and end mounted. Arranged a date that he could do, text him on the agreed day with details of the order, including the wall mounted taps and had no response. He never turned up and didn't contact me again or respond to multiple attempts to call and text. Really unprofessional. Would reccomended Lee from Innovative Gas Services, he's been amazing. Have been contacted now by Ian to apologise for the lack of contact, he explained everything.
