        Great gym,great equipment and very professional staff. I've trained here as a none member tue-fri this week and all of the morning staff and gym customers were great. Really professional. I will 100% be returning on my next visit to the area. Thanks

        Excellent gym and facilities, friendly staff. Clean and tidy, just a positive environment all round. The gym is excellently equipped and real athletes have clearly had the input on what's needed. Most definitely the best training centre I've experienced in Wales and most of beyond.

        This gym is incredible. The facilities are excellent, clean and well maintained. The prices for membership and access are very reasonable...but the best part is the amazing staff. I was visiting for a week over Xmas and the team found a way for me to get 24 hour access over the festive period - even though it was outside of their normal membership plans. I love people who find a way to help their customers and I love this gym. Thank you guys!
