        Took a external storage drive to them that was unresponsive. I hoped for it to be fixed or the data transferred to another disc. I was told that if it could not be fixed I would not be charged. What I got was a storage disc in pieces returned to me in a freezer bag. They took it apart but couldn't be bothered to put it back together. Then I got a bill for 48! So I got charged for them taking my storage drive apart. We agreed that I pay 24, what a joke! Terrible service, do not risk it.
