7 for a child's macaroni cheese was, I thought, slightly opportunistic and hard to justify. Seems unfair to me that families are being priced out of lunch out left right and centre. Did not taste bad admittedly but extravagantly overpriced

The staff have always been 100% committed to assisting me with my Grandchildren, one of whom has attention disorder, so at first was a handful in enclosed spaces. They supported the children, whilst they found their reading books, computer needs, and enquiries, these are 3rd generation of my family using this library. Always spoken to my kids as little people politely, have offered me advice , and given ideas for school holidays... brilliant. Always.

What a shambles, poor service on a quiet day. Waited nearly 15 minutes for 2 coffees and had to eventually ask for a refund after one member of staff not only stroked a dog, untied her hair and re-did her bun, wiped her nose on the back of her hand then went behind the counter without washing her hands. Explained that it was the most unhygenic practise I'd ever witnessed and the reply was that she wasn't serving any food at that point!!!! Disgusting.
