        So, we had an absolute nightmare as we lost power to our house on Christmas Day whilst we were eating dessert! I called WPD and they answered almost immediately. Tracey one of the call Handlers asked me a few questions and reassured me that engineers would be with us soon as there were no other emergencies in my area. In about 45 mins 2 WPD vans and 2 engineers arrived and assessed the issue. In another 45mins we were reconnected to the power. Everyone I spoke to from WPD was polite and courteous and I was so impressed by the service. I'd rate you 10 out of 5 if I could. Thank you so much.

        Cant praise western Power enough! Had an issue with my cables which ment I had workers and scaffolders on site sat around, within 80 mins of my phone call Western Power were here or site! Amazing job thank you so much
