I registered with this dentist in 2018, had some work done and left it for the time being. Then the pandemic happened. As I'm over 70 and asthmatic, and my partner was advised to shield, I wasnt too keen on seeing a dentist at that time - undertandably, I should think. A few weeks ago, around the end of February, 2022, I emailed them, but got no response. I emailed them again, and this time was told that I was no longer on their books and would have to re-register in a few months time - the email wasnt even signed by a person, it was merely signed reception. They also said I had only seen them as an emergency patient, but this isn't true and I have the receipts to prove it. I emailed them again and explained why I hadnt been to see them, but reception merely repeated the same thing I had been dropped as a patient and would have to re-register again in a few months time. I think this is outrageous. Firstly, I had tried to ring them during the pandemic, but they were apparently closed. Furthermore, I would have expected the courtesy a phone call or an email warning me that I was about to be dropped as a patient, especially as a pandemic was raging. At the very least I think they should have understood and considered that people might not be too eager to see a dentist during a pandemic and should have been more flexible with their rules before simply dropping a person from their books without any notice whatsoever. This is really shoddy treatment.

As someone who has avoided the dentist for the past 15 years due to severe phobia, a recent wisdom tooth removal was needed. The staff here are great and friendly. My dentist went through everything she was doing and explained everything before commencing. Zero pain and very understanding to idiots like me who are scared for no reason. Highly recommend!
