The Old woman employee refused me service for not wearing a mask even though Im exempt. She demanded I show her proof of exemption even though its illegal to do so. Showed her an exemption badge on my phone from the Gov website, she laughed and accused me of getting it off Facebook. Refused me service and kicked me out of the shop, after shouting at me and attempting to humiliate me in front of other customers and staff. A formal letter was sent to the owner of the business to try and resolve this peacefully although he has so far ignored my concerns. Therefore trading standards are now getting involved. Discrimination is never okay. You should be ashamed.

I'm a 11 year old girl and they looked through my bag without permission bc they thought I was being 'suspicious' all I wanted to do was buy some chocolate
