I took my car for a service and mot a year ago. After spending 1,200 with them I left with my car and 24 hours later my back passenger wheel almost came off my car. They had not reconnected the wheel properly and when I called them they admitted it was their fault and that they would rectify the damage to the car. (I would hope so too) On top they offered me a free service to my car the following year. I have with regret now taken my car back to find out that they have quoted me another 1900 to pass an mot where other places were a third of this.
They are not only over priced but a dangerous company. I felt that my safety has been put at risk by using this company and if you want to use them make sure that they have double checked the safety procedures.
