I had a procedure by John, which needed a second one? John sssured me it would work, however it didnt!! I payed alot of money and had a very uncomfortable conversation to get some cash back? He did not believe the customer is right and made the situation feel awkward!! He could of handled this in a customer friendly professional manner! but he didnt! He did not make me feel at ease with discussing the issue? I felt happier talking to the beautician Emily. I suggest John goes on a training course, speacking appriopriately, customer service, how to deal with complaints!!! Its not all about just taking customers money John with no results!

I had 400 worth of fillers in my forehead as I wanted a more smooth appearance on my frown line's, after a consultation I was assured this would be an effective method. After it was administered there was no difference, I was informed that I may need botox on top of already having the fillers. This is something I really didn't want to hear as I'd already parted with a lot of money and botox was going to cost a lot more extra, two years previously I'd had botox at Seraphim with horrible side effects so this wasn't an option. I came back to Seraphim a few days later as my forehead was very bruised and had a lumpy appearance, I politely informed her I was very unhappy of the treatment I'd been given yet all she could go on about was botox despite me not wanting it. I eventually decided that maybe botox was the way forward and asked could I have the botox at a reduced rate as I wasn't happy parting with any more money. She refused and seemed very disinterested about my concerns. All she was interested in was taking more of my money. Now 10 days on my forehead is still bruised and still lumpy and there is no difference in my lines. I wouldn't recommend going to Seraphim Aesthetics to anyone, stay well clear all they care about is taking your money, they don't care about customer satisfaction or after care.

I've had 3 massages at Seraphim Aesthetics , couldn't be more pleased . There's a very friendly atmosphere the minute you walk through the door . Salastina's massage is second to none . She's also very friendly and bubbly, puts you at ease from the start .

I won a pedicure through #winitwednesday and it was beautiful! Very friendly, calm atmosphere, and I came out feeling refreshed with beautiful looking toes! The time absolutely flew by and I loved it! I'm very eager to try out more of their treatments - I might book myself a manicure next!
