Not sure how almost all the shelves are empty at 1pm, you'd think they might expect people to be coming in at lunch time. The member of staff that served me was also extremely rude. You'd be much better off going to The Welsh Bakery!

Open at silly o'clock in the morning before anything else. Bright cheerful staff and as ever, really good food at pre-inflation prices. After a very long night, just what I needed.

Just had my worst ever Greggs experience in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, Wales. Along with two teas my husband and I ordered a steak bake and a vegetable bake. As the server put both in the same paper bag we asked, which was which? He said both are steak. I was then given my vegetable bake and asked in vain for it to be heated. We then sat down and tucked into our stone cold bakes. While I ate mine, my husband dumped his. A lady sitting beside us had a similar experience with a sausage roll that she didn't eat.

Can never get any food via good to go order is always cancelled except the last time waited outside 10 minutes before the allotted time I rang the store and was told all orders were cancelled but this never came through on the app I was refunded. Only once when first used the app did I hav food which I must say was good value but have ordered numerous times since no luck I will no longer be using the app. For this store
