        Fantastic service for our guinea pigs recently. Den was excellent at customer service and the facilities were fantastic. I can tell they had a great week and were well looked after. Will definitely be a repeat customer in the future.

        Fantastic place. My two bunnies have just had their second stay at the retreat and I didn't think they'd want to come home! Denise takes so much care with them and she is incredibly experienced. This time mine stayed in the floor run but I know they had lots of playtime outside the run. They are fed fresh hay/veggies and forage daily and their enclosures have plenty of hidey spots and comforts. I was sent photos of my buns daily and updates. Wouldn't leave them with anyone one else! Thankyou again x

        I can't praise Denise enough for her effort to look after our Bunny in December. Usually I am filled with dread about how my Bunny will be looked after with in a boarding environment. She came back very happy, infact I'm sure she would of loved to stay longer! She even came home with a treat bag, which I thought was a lovely touch. It really is a hame from home environment. We had lots of photos and videos throughout the week, that made me feel very happy to see Bunny enjoying herself. Denise is such a lovely,kind lady, you can see she thoroughly enjoys her job. Thank you Denise! X
