Rodell and Jones, Stoves and Living

My experience was poor I'm afraid. So poor that I had to contact Clearview stoves directly to get the part on a new stove which was missing when Rodell supplied the stove. My installer also commented that they were very unhelpful at the time of pickup. They never returned calls and I will not use them again.

Very good service and pleasant people to deal with. I found their advise very honest. Knowing very little about stoves I was initially looking at options costing a lot more money. Due to the size of my fireplace recess They suggested an alternative inset fireplace which was much more cost effective and we love it! They delivered on time and followed up to queries in good time. I would highly recommend them

Brilliant service choosing and fitting my new wood burner, Its a great addition to my home, Rodell & Jones so efficient and the finish is lovely, it looks like it has always been there. Cleaned everything up once fitted and I did not have to do a thing! After care service excellent too.
