I contacted Casburn plumbing and heating on 16th December regarding my broken down boiler. Casburn responded to my message straight away and organised to come and look at my boiler the same day. The broken down boiler was very old and needed replacing. Casburn plumbing and heating put in a new combi boiler for me a few days later. I had a leak coming from the boiler, I contacted Joe at Casburn Plumbing and Heating by text. Joe contacted me very promptly and gave me an idea what was wrong. He gave me a quote and fit us in to carry out the repair, he was professional and friendly and was very reasonable with the quote. So glad we found such a reliable plumber. We had a very bad issue with vibrating taps and pipes in our house. Was quite challenging too due to the property being old, but Joe did a really brilliant job detecting what was causing it and fixing all in short time too!
