        I had a really sore neck and shoulder which wasn't getting better. No More Knots sorted me out after a couple of visits. A gem of a business. Professional, knowledgeable and offered great advice. I would certainly recommend using them

        I visited nomorenots yesterday.what a fab experience. I had muscle spasms in my neck and upper back and my doctor recommend I had a massage.was greeted very warmly.had a quick consultation and then my massage.what an amazing experience.i did have a lot of muscle spasms and was treated accordingly.felt so much better.and I slept for the 1st time in days.yes.i still ache but I did need a lot of help.im going back next week.cant thank her enough.what a lovely lady and very professional.would highly recommend...
